Functions:

◆All shafts and rollers are used high-quality seamless tubes,computer dynamic balance correction,eliminate centrifugal force,grinding process,hard chrome plating.

◆The printing phase adopts the planetary gear structure,PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360 ° adjustment (can be adjusted during shutdown and startup).

◆The printing plate roller can be moved horizontally by electric digital,the adjustment range is 10mm.

◆Pneumatic diaphragm pump is inked with ink detection system,and ink shortage alarm.

◆Adopting plate-hanging device,full-page and half-plate-hanging slot.

◆Quick plate-changing,equipped with foot switch to control the positive and negative rotation of the plate roller,convenient for loading and unloading printing plates.

◆Clear ink gap,printing pressure roller,paper guide roller gap can be adjusted without stopping,and adopt self-locking device.

◆The printing phase is fixed by pneumatic brake mechanism.When the unit is separated,the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the host and keeps the original

  fixed position of the gear unchanged.

◆Wipe board reset function,the computer remembers the printing position,and automatically resets after wiping the board.

◆Steel anilox roller,steel tube surface grinding,pressed anilox hard chrome plated (optional ceramic anilox roller).

◆Pneumatic plate lifting device,when the host machine stops,the anilox roller is lifted pneumatically to automatically distribute ink and prevent the ink from drying up.
